All players, spectators, referees, facilities staff, sponsors, and volunteers at Playing For Kicks and all our events are required to agree with the following code of conduct. Organisers will enforce this code throughout Playing For Kicks and other Romance FC events. We expect cooperation from all participants to help ensure a safe environment for everybody.

Short version
Romance FC is dedicated to providing harassment-free experiences for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, or religion (or lack thereof). Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to the above.
It is the responsibility of all individuals to help create an inclusive environment where everyone gets to enjoy playing or watching football. We do not tolerate harassment of participants, players or spectators in any form.
Individuals violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the Playing For Kicks tournament without a refund (when applicable) at the discretion of the group organisers.
Long version
Harassment includes offensive verbal comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, sustained disruption of games or other events, inappropriate physical contact, physical harassment, physical violence and unwelcome sexual attention.
Participants asked to stop any harassing behaviour are expected to comply immediately.
Sponsors, referees and facilities staff are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors, referees and facilities staff should be mindful that many football players of marginalised genders have experienced harassment and unwanted comments and behaviours at football related events and environments before – therefore it is our utmost priority that this experience does not repeat itself at Playing for Kicks and any Romance FC organised events. We expect high standards of professionalism and cooperation related to this.
If an individual engages in harassing behaviour, the organisers may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event.
If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of our volunteer team immediately. Volunteers will be introduced on the site as well as before any event.
We will help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, provide escorts, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment, to feel safe for the duration of the Playing For Kicks tournament and all our events. We value your attendance and participation.
We expect participants, spectators and volunteers to follow these rules at all Romance FC events and programmes, including workshops and social events.
Thank you.
